GOALS, OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGIES

4.1 Overall Goal

The overall goal of the Society during this planning period to deliver quality services to our customers profitably. This will be achieved through interventions that will build on existing strengths to exploit potential opportunities while maximizing the potential impact of emerging threats.

These interventions are summarized under four strategic objectives.
