1.6 GOVERNANCE

The society’s affairs are run through policies made by elected representatives. The representatives are drawn from all parts of the country in 103 branches. They meet once a year to make policies, which are delegated to a management Board. The Management Board implements decisions through a Secretariat constituted by the Chief Executive and other employees.
