The Society’s affairs are
run through policies made by representatives elected
at the society's Annual Delegates Meeting. Delegates
are drawn from all parts of the country in over 103
branches. The delegates meet once a year to make policies,
which are delegated to the Management Board. The management
board implements decisions through a Secretariat constituted
by the Chief Executive and other employees.
ROLE OF
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
This committee is elected by the member’s representatives during
the Annual General Meeting and reports to the general
membership. This committee is the ultimate decision
making authority responsible for directing and controlling
the affairs of the society subject to approvals from
the general meeting. The committee comprises of nine
members.
Their principle duty is do all other things necessary
to achieve the society’s objective in accordance
with it’s by laws.

ROLE OF SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE
The members at the Annual Delegates meeting elect
the Supervisory Committee. The committee normally
consists of three members.
Their principle duty is to monitor and report on the
work of the management board. They conduct regular investigations into the affairs of the society, prepare quarterly reports to the management board and present an annual report to the delegates in the Annual Delegates Conference.
