AFYA SACCO SOCIETY LTD REPORTS
The Central Management Committee has pleasure to present its annual report and audited accounts for the year ended 31st December, 2004.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
The society continued with its principal activity of receiving savings from, and giving loans to its members.The society also provide Front Office Services to its members.

CENTRAL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEMBERS

All committee members retire during the Annual General Meeting as per the new rules and being eligible offer themselves for re-election.

DIVIDENDS, INTEREST REBATE AND HONORARIA
The Central Management Committee recommends the following payments for approval:

The auditors, Messrs. Kinyori & Associates, Certified Public accountants (K) have expressed willingness to continue in office subject to the members' approval at the Annual Delegates Meeting.
